PISA TOWER:
Treasure is Renewed

PISA. On June 17 the Tower of Pisa will reopen its doors for an exploratory visit in which not more than 200 people will participate. It will be the first step toward the official reopening to the public already announced for next summer. The announcement, given by the minister of Public Works, Nerio Nesi, could be the signal of health for the most famous monument in the world, but he has left local Pisans perplexed, because, for the moment, the workyard of consolidation is still active.
