DENUNCIATION of the WORK

"I am being DEFRAUDED"

A white book is in process of publication on all the circumstance 
where Vittorio Novelli,  Surveyor from Cesena is ready to give battle.

A dispute exists reagarding the rescue of the Tower of Pisa. 
Vittorio Novelli, Cesanate surveyor for many years, committed to 
carry his own plan ahead, denounces the current plan because, after 
being revisited, it was corrected only in some marginal parts.

Novelli speaks freely of abuse and he is ready to give battle.

The Association "Tower Tomorrow" that for years supported the 
"Novelli Plan" is gathering signatures from all the world to "give to 
Caesar that which is of Caesar"

The COMMISSION must DO A FAVOR for the TOWER of PISA -  
"RESIGN"
